I’ve been supporting children, families, and individuals since 2008, and over the years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people through some of life’s toughest moments. My journey began working with adoptive families, and it sparked a passion for helping people heal, grow, and gain a deeper understanding of themselves.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a variety of settings—from inpatient care to office-based therapy and online sessions—helping people of all ages navigate challenges such as ADHD, OCD, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, depression, anxiety, attachment struggles, and personality disorders. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology/Counseling from Troy University, with specialized training in trauma, OCD, and attachment-focused therapy.

My approach is warm, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences, gain insight, and build the skills and confidence to create meaningful, lasting change.

A little about life outside of therapy:
I’ve lived in Florida for most of my adult life, and I love being outdoors—gardening, paddle boarding, hiking, camping, and spending time at the beach are some of my favorite ways to recharge. I’ve been happily married to my wonderful husband for 14 years, and we share a love of travel and exploring new places together. These personal passions remind me how important balance, joy, and connection are in everyday life.
